~MOON~ "A NONET"

Sylvan décor on the horizon
Pearlish complexion in stillness
Rhapsody in silken night
Calmness spills the beauty
Shimmers splendorous
Heaven’s halo
Virtuous
Pristine
Moon!!

~~~***~~~
NONET:A nonet has nine lines. The first line has 9 syllables, the second line 8 syllables, the third line 7 syllables, and so on... until line nine finishes with 1 syllable. It can be on any subject and rhyming is optional.
  27. Wow, such brilliant piece of poetry. It is really remarkable that with the limitations of a nonet (?) you were still able to convey the existential message of your poem. The moon photo is also marvelous and has added luster to your poem. I like the poem. It's a perfect 10 for me. Thanks for the fantastic poem. Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year to you and your loved ones.
    Warm regards,
    Mel
